I have not found this to be much help. The app thats free gives just as much info as the one that has a monthly fee. There are too many companies that require leaving the LinkedIn website to apply, therefore alleviating the potential to use the tools that are being paid for by the desperate jobseekers. Many outside applications that i apply to end up being expired once i get on the companies website. I have not found much benefit from paying for these services.
So convenient to be able to upload files from your phone. Makes applying for jobs so much easier.
I find the job search tool very easy to use and effective for seeking individuals within the same career field to add to my current network.
- As others have mentioned, too many job listings required redirecting to employers sites. I dont see the real benefit of paying for the premium access. - There are too many volunteer opportunities listed in the search result. There needs to be a check box or drop down option for volunteer vs paid work. - There needs to be more search criteria available. Currently the mobile app is very limited.
Need ability to remove previously viewed or unwanted jobs from within the alerts. Need full premium options, including salary and other applicant info.
Every time I try to use this app, it gives me an error saying that I have no internet connection. Which is incorrect. It does this both while using cellular data and wifi. And restarting my device does not fix it.
Continues to say I am not connected to the Internet.. I have 4G and wifi..
App only works in vertical orientation on iPad Air 2. I switch to horizontal when writing. Would appreciate being able to apply/rewrite cover letters and resumes in a horizontal orientation. I know. Odd complaint but, when youre job searching you want to streamline the process as much as possible. Enjoy the service and app but just want the darn thing to rotate.
Cant wait to start working again. LinkedIn is top notch.
This is perhaps the Facebook of the professional world. A good resource.
Love how it continually sends me fresh job postings.....
The app is awesome. Already had a number of recruiters contact me.
Great program for finding the right jobs fast and easy.
Imagine a place where you can search around and apply for jobs at ease if your finger tips. You are waiting for an appointment, sitting in a bus, standing at a queue at local DMV or any grocery store, baby sitting or in car on a long trip etc, what else could be better that you can turn on an app and apply for jobs instead of logging into different websites and making various account! I like this app and I would recommend it. Thanks LinkedIn!
Junk...like all other LinkedIn products. Delete.
The InApply is awesome! Saves so much time, although with filers enabled Id love for the app to actually accept the parameters of, InApply and Id love a NYC locale because just New York seems to pull jobs from Purchase,NY as well. Otherwise I love this time saving nugget.
Very user friendly!
Really impressed with this app. Its super helpful. No issues.
This app is so buggy. No matter how many times I exit out, delete and reinstall, it still crashes as soon as I open it.
